A ROMANTIC FRENCH STYLE WEDDING AT THE ICONIC CLARIDGE’S HOTEL IN MAYFAIR, LONDON.
About The Wedding.
The bride Louisa came to us with a dream to get married at Claridge’s hotel in Mayfair, London. Whilst we explored other options with her and her groom Sam to see what else was out there, a wedding at the most iconic London hotel (and not to mention treasured family home away from home) was meant to be, and we fell completely in love with the beauty and history of the hotel. Originally planned for September 2020, the wedding was pushed back several times due to Covid-19, making the day itself even more special when it finally came around and truly magical.
The wedding vision really came to life. We designed a timeless French style setting with an abundance of white flowers and greenery by Blue Sky Flowers which were paired with French infused details, intricate glassware, chargers and nude tapered candles. Macrons and pale wooden Louis XIV style seating created a romantic and intimate setting in the stunning Ballroom. We worked with stationery designer Rose & Ruby to create bespoke stationery with a hand drawn illustration of Claridge’s, hand torn Italian textured paper, delicately calligraphed place card scrolls and a beautiful monogram alongside other feminine details for the day itself.
Every detail was documented artfully by Molly Carr Photography who went above and beyond to capture the magic. The couple danced into the night with their friend’s and family listening to incredible performers and enjoying their long awaited day together.
